RIGHT TITLE, MISSING BOOK

It was a bad day for Elder Chamberlain. The patron wanted to find The Belfast Newsletter. So a catalog title search was the order of the day. The search was successful and the patron opened the file. Instructions said that if you were in the library - click here.

That's when things got a bit confusing. A message popped up from GALE of CENGAGE Learning. It said:

                           "Check to be sure your User Group

                             ID or other authentication 

                             credentials are correct."

Elder Chamberlain's reaction was "What's that?" Being resourceful, he started asking around. He went to QRC, then the Young elder missionaries on the US/Canada floor and on B2, but no one had a clue. Finally, Daniel, in his office on B1, offered a possible answer about the mystery note.

The maybe the contract is being RENEGOTIATED. Tell the patron to check the catalog from time to time to see if it becomes available.
